A 25 year veteran of the construction industry John has a proven track record for delivering highly successful projects with profit-driven results. As president of Cambri Builders John oversees estimating and project management, while also assisting clients with due diligence and project planning from inception to completion.

With 35 years of construction and management experience Eric brings a diverse skill set to Cambri Builders. His extensive background in multi-housing and commercial contracting provides invaluable pathways for on the spot problem solving as well as long term objectives.
As Chief Operating Officer Eric is responsible for implementing guidelines for project assessment, budgeting and cost control. Eric also focuses on developing and managing owner/client relationships.
Background and specialties: healthcare - rehabilitation / recovery facilities (I1), commercial strip center and retail rehab, design/build and retail tenant improvements.
