Helium Comedy Club began as a project with an established deadline for it's scheduled first comedy show. Cambri Builders had only 16 weeks for the entire project which began with a sizable demo phase as well as bringing in and setting steel beams to create an additional 2000 SF mezzanine even before the build-out could begin.
Additionally the work took place in the Circle Centre Mall which required Cambri to be respectful with construction noise and demo removal to the mall and building's tenants and patrons. With all these challenges Helium opened on time to a sold out show!

Landmark Recovery opened in the summer of 2019 and was founded to provide high quality and affordable treatment for those struggling with substance abuse. Cambri Builders is proud to have been selected as the contractor to build Landmark Recovery's newest 16,000 SF (48 bed extended stay) facility across from St. Vincent Hospital on 136th Street.

Cambri Builders was selected to convert 30,000 SF of the old Marsh grocery store in Moorseville IN. (State Rd 67)) into Ollie's Bargain Outlet's newest location. This successfully completed project delivered on time and under budget helped Cambri Builders earn another build-out for Ollie's next store in Merrillville IN. (at the former Baby's R Us and currently underway).

Raceway Commons Retail Center
55 S. Raceway Rd. Indianapolis In. 46231
Located at the corner of Raceway Road and Rockville Road (US 36) this 33,000 SF center was originally built in 2003, but after 15 years was ready for an exterior renovation and Cambri Builders was chosen for the job. The project included a complete overhaul of all EIFS (exterior insulation and finish system) which required coordination of tenant sign R/R and customer and vehicle traffic. Additionally new awnings, accent masonry, reconstruction of damaged brick columns and painting of the rear of the center were also included. The project was completed on time and within budget.
