With 30 years of construction and management experience Eric brings a diverse skill set to Cambri Builders. His extended background in multi-housing and commercial contracting has him managing both small and large scale projects.
As Chief Operating Officer Eric is responsible for implementing guidelines for project assessment, budgeting and cost control. Eric also focuses on developing and managing owner/client relationships.
Background and specialties: small to large scale multi-family, commercial strip center and retail rehab, design/build and retail tenant improvements. Additionally Eric assists clients with design and functionality features during early project stages and selections.
