We are proud to have been selected as the contractor to build Landmark Recovery's newly opened center located across from St. Vincent Hospital on 136th Street in Carmel Indiana. The renovation took 20 weeks and is comprised of a 48 bed extended stay facility serving both men and women  

 

This project began with the demo of 16,000 SF of the former plastic surgery center previously occupying the space. From the onset this project presented every major challenge possible which required a full compliment of utility, mechanical and life safety upgrades.

Complete with fully operational kitchen, dining room, separate men's and women's shower/bathrooms, fitness room, separate recreation lounges for men and women, laundry rooms, multiple group rooms, nurses stations and offices Landmark Recovery Carmel is well equipped to provide high quality and affordable treatment for those struggling with substance abuse.
