Raceway Commons, located on the westside of Indianapolis at 55 S Raceway Road, received a complete facelift.  All new EIFS (exterior insulation finishing system), which required all signs to come down (and of course, go back up), new decorative brick within the breezeway, and new Sunbrella® awnings. As is always the case with these types of projects pedestrian foot and auto traffic was challenging, but the experience of Cambri Builders allowed for free and easy flow for all, right up to the successful conclusion of the project!
